Purchased a pair of Scarpa boots from Wooki. It arrived prior to the date it was supposed to. The boots were beautiful. Unfortunately the size was a bit smaller, so I requested a return process via the customer service. They help me through out the process and consequently refunded me my money. I was very happy with their excellent customer service. I would 100% recommend Wooki to my friends and I would buy products from them again.

Excellent service - I bought five pairs of Haflinger slippers for family members for Christmas presents in November. This was after noting their pricing was much less than other online retailers. I had to return a couple due to sizing and fit issues after the presents were opened, and this was well after the 30 day return policy. I reached out and spoke with the team and they were happy to accept the returns and send out a different size at no cost to me. Would definitely deal with them again!

I received the exact shoes I ordered and in one week from Quebec to Vancouver.Thanks, but I spoke to soon. The 11 regular shoes that I ordered we're actually 12 regular in a regular 11 shoe size box. They then said it wasn't their fault AKA they weren't accepting any responsibility for checking to see if it was the right size shoes that I ordered. So now I have sent them back to the company hoping they will send me the right size shoe. To be continued......1 day later they sending the right size 11 shoes and should get the in 2 days.
