Bought 2 pairs of Haflinger sandals and they're great! Customer service may be even better! I had internet problems while checking out, so inadvertently made 2 complete orders for the same shoes, even though I had received only one confirmation. Both the delivery and return/refund were phenomenal. Admittedly I live close, but next day service for both was beyond expectation. The sandals were new and exactly as advertised. Unfortunately the fit was off and I needed to return them Five stars to Wooki.
