My experience with Wooki was AMAZINGGGGGGGG!!! everyone on their team was amazing !!! The boots I got which were the only boots left in my size for a good prize even with the tariffs (I’m sure it would have been better without them but, that’s not Canadas fault -no thanks to the cult leader and his followers in the ugly red hats) but … genuinely and I mean this sincerely - an amazing experience. Achene and Aiden were more than amazing with their follow up and the response time was lightning fast - give those two souls a bonus and a raise! The Boots - OMGlory days the boots are phenomenal!!!!! I am obsessed 🤩!!! Either way - if you are up at 12:30 am on a Friday looking for a specific shoe that no other reseller has - try Wooki - you won’t regret it!

This purchase was meant for Mother’s Day for my wife who was visiting her daughter in Alberta. The order said it was sent ‘expedited’ by Canada post from Quebec. Expedited delivery should have only taken a few days. Then the tracking showed three different dates of expected delivery all of which were after Mother’s Day and after we were leaving to go back to Nova Scotia. Sooo unfortunately she never got them. Apparently they are sitting at the post office where my daughter lives…never received notice that they arrived there. Which now will have to make arrangements to have them sent here! One of the reasons we ordered from this site as a first time customer instead of another site was because of the free ‘expedited’ shipping. Unable at this time to give a rating on the product. This whole experience has been disappointing to say the least…🙁Updated review…..Adrien reached out to us around our experience and offered to make it right, made sure they were sent to us from our daughters in the West Coast to us in the East Coast. His customer service was top notch and we really appreciated it, Thank you for your care and consideration! Upgraded from an initial one star to five stars…
