I bought a pair of climbing shoes online, shipped to Australia. Delivered on the day promised but I would have preferred them delivered to my post office box (more secure) but the online form would not let me. The product was exactly what I ordered.

Suite à avoir reçu une paire de botte qui est endommagée ) petite tache de plastique fondu la compagnie a offert 50% sur litem le service. Fut nickel tout au long du processus le remboursement fut juste toutefois je leur recommande de changer de transporteur car avec poste Canada les colis arrivent la plupart du temps soit endommagé ou ouvert Alor que avec les autres transporteurs privés ce n’est pas le cas

Purchased a pair of Scarpa boots from Wooki. It arrived prior to the date it was supposed to. The boots were beautiful. Unfortunately the size was a bit smaller, so I requested a return process via the customer service. They help me through out the process and consequently refunded me my money. I was very happy with their excellent customer service. I would 100% recommend Wooki to my friends and I would buy products from them again.

Excellent service - I bought five pairs of Haflinger slippers for family members for Christmas presents in November. This was after noting their pricing was much less than other online retailers. I had to return a couple due to sizing and fit issues after the presents were opened, and this was well after the 30 day return policy. I reached out and spoke with the team and they were happy to accept the returns and send out a different size at no cost to me. Would definitely deal with them again!
