Shipping is free for orders within Canada and the United-States. Shipping outside of those locations can be calculated at checkout.

Some exclusions may apply.

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund.
• Our free return policy only applies for orders made within Canada & the United-States. Please see below for international orders.

Returns will be accepted on items as long as they are in the same condition as when they were received:

• No signs of use or creases
• Tags still on or with original box
• Missing boxes, accessories or used items will be refused and sent back
• Retail boxes must be shipped inside another box.
• Returns will be processed between 1-3 business days from reception.

United-States Returns

• Please note we cannot create return labels with USPS
• We cannot create return labels for orders shipped to APO, PO BOX or addresses outside of continental US.

International Returns

Unfortunately we cannot create return labels outside of Canada and the United-States. The same return policy is applied on international orders. Sadly, shipping expenses are the buyer’s responsibility. Returned items must be declared  as “RETURNED GOODS” on the packaging and of no value.

We do not offer exchanges on items. Returned items will be refunded and processed as an individual transaction.
This makes it easier for everyone and ultimately leaves more freedom to you, the customer, to purchase whatever you prefer and receive it promptly.

Purchases will be refunded via the original payment method and normally takes 3-5 business days depending on the payment method.

Items canot be returned with the goal of getting a further discount after a price drop or a promotion. If an identical item is purchased and returned, we will refund the lowest priced item of both orders.

Damaged, defective or broken items must reported within 15 days of reception.

We will honor price adjustments within 15 days of your purchase. See the Price Match section for details.

For our USA customers:  There will not be any duties and taxes on orders under the equivalent of $ 800 US Dollars

For our International customers:

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
• Packages that are returned or refused because of unpaid duties and taxes are subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Price matching requires these following conditions:

• The item must be identical in brand, size, color and model.
• The item must be in stock and/or ready to ship.
• We will not price match Marketplace pricings (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.)
• Price matching cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons or discounts.
• When calculating a competitor’s price, we will take into account the item’s price, shipping and potential duties/taxes.
• The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the brand in question.
