Shipping is free for orders within Canada and the United-States. Shipping outside of those locations can be calculated at checkout.

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund.

Free Returns – Canada & USA Only

Our free return policy applies to orders shipped within Canada and the United States.

 Return Conditions

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition to be eligible for a refund:

  • No signs of wear or creasing

  • Tags attached and/or in the original box

  • Retail boxes must be shipped inside another box

  • Returns with missing packaging or accessories, or items showing signs of use, will be refused and sent back

Returns are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving the item.


U.S. Returns – Important Notes

  • We cannot generate return labels via USPS

  • We do not offer return labels for APO, PO Boxes, or addresses outside the continental U.S.


International Returns

      • We do not provide return labels for countries outside of Canada and the U.S.

      • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

      • Items must meet the same return conditions listed above

      • All international returns must be clearly marked as “RETURNED GOODS” with $0 value declared

1. Our Exchange Policy

To ensure you receive your preferred items as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges. * All returned items will be processed as a refund.

  • This allows you the freedom to purchase your replacement item immediately as a new, individual transaction.

2. Processing Your Refund

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, it will be processed within 2 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your financial institution, it typically takes 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

3. Price Adjustments & Promotions
  • Price Matches: We honor price adjustments within 15 days of your purchase. Please refer to our Price Match Section bellow for full details.

  • Return Abuse: Items cannot be returned for the sole purpose of securing a further discount following a price drop or promotion.

  • Duplicate Orders: If an identical item is purchased and subsequently returned, we will refund the lowest priced item between the two orders.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or broken, it must be reported to our team within 15 days of receipt. Please include photos of the damage to expedite your claim.


Shipping & Delivery Disputes

We partner with reliable carriers like Canada Post and UPS to ensure your order arrives safely.

Proof of Delivery

Our contractual obligation is fulfilled once a carrier provides Delivery Confirmation. This includes, but is not limited to, GPS coordinates or photo evidence provided by the carrier.

Missing Packages

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the Area: Verify with neighbors, building management, community mailbox or hidden porch spots.

  2. Wait 24 Hours: Carriers occasionally mark items as delivered shortly before they arrive.

  3. Contact Us: You must notify us within 5 days of the marked delivery time so we can assist in opening a carrier investigation.

Liability

WOOKI INC. is not responsible for packages stolen from your property after a successful delivery has been confirmed. To ensure the safety of your purchase, we highly recommend providing and  shipping to a secure location or utilizing a Canada Post “FlexDelivery” address if you are not available to receive the package in person.

  • USA Orders: Prepaid duties will be charged on the item’s price. Those will NOT be refunded on US orders if the order is returned for ANY reason.
  • International Orders: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before buying.
  • Packages that are returned or refused because of unpaid duties and taxes are subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Price matching requires these following conditions:

  • The item must be identical in brand, size, color and model.
  • The item must be in stock and/or ready to ship.
  • We will not price match Marketplace pricings (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.)
  • Price matching cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons or discounts.
  • When calculating a competitor’s price, we will take into account the item’s price, shipping and potential duties/taxes.
  • The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the brand in question.

WOOKI Rewards – Program Policies

Earn points every time you shop and turn them into discounts on future orders. You automatically receive 3% back in points on every purchase — it’s our way of saying thank you for shopping with WOOKI.

1. Earning Points

  • Earn 30 points for every $10 CAD spent, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts.

  • Points are awarded once your order is marked as “Completed.”

  • You must be logged in to your WOOKI account at checkout to earn points.

2. Redeeming Points

  • 100 points = $1 CAD discount.

  • Apply points during checkout — you choose how many to use.

  • Points cannot be applied to shipping or taxes.

  • No minimum redemption amount unless specified.

3. Point Expiry

  • Points expire 365 days after the date they’re earned.

  • You can view your balance and expiry in your account dashboard.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • If you return an order, the earned points will be deducted from your account.

  • If you used points to pay, those points will be refunded to your account.

5. Restrictions

  • Points cannot be earned or redeemed on:

    • Gift card purchases

    • Shipping charges

    • Taxes

  • Guest checkout is not eligible for point accumulation.

6. Fair Use Policy

  • Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and hold no cash value.

  • Abuse or fraudulent use may result in loss of points and account suspension.

7. Program Updates

  • WOOKI reserves the right to modify or cancel the Rewards Program at any time without notice.
