But what I usually see on the nearby trails, this is perfect for itThe integrated gaiter is nice, but can run and irritate bare skin so I'd wear longer socks with this oneThe gore tex material is breathable but not as breathable as your normal running shoe - expect some moisture build up. It's good for colder runs even if you have to stop and walk for a while
