The best company ever. Alittle hesitant to buy something off FB but I did anyways. Bought in a Saturday on Sunday received notice it was preparing to ship. I realized I out wrong zip code in…panicked…..called ups to see if I could change. They said they would put a notice in the system. I had already messaged Wooki to see if they could help. 2 hours after I messaged on Sunday I got a response from Wooki that they indeed could change the zip code for me…..😊😊. I received the item on Wednesday. Highly recommend this company just in the customer service alone but the product was great as well

My experience with WOOKI has been excellent. First, the price I was able to get on a pair of Wolverine 1000 Mile Boots was the best online by far. After I placed my order, I noticed I used my billing address for the shipping address. Emailed Wooki and the change was handled quickly and seamlessly. Later on, I received an email indicating to use a different promo code to receive 20% off instead of the one I used which was for 10%. Even though my order was already placed, WOOKI applied the new promo to my existing order so I was able to get the additional discount. My shipment is in transit with a UPS tracking number provided. Can't wait to get my new boots and thanks WOOKI!! A job well done!!
